So different now. Back in the day, we wouldn’t have even considered pausing a song the first half dozen times listening to an album. We’d listen to the whole side and talk about it after. Now, most reviewers dissect music. To me, it’s like ordering a sandwich, then taking it apart and eating the individual ingredients, instead of experiencing it as a whole. Not saying anyone is wrong to review music like this, it’s just a different approach.

Hots On For Nowhere was the very first Led Zeppelin song I heard when I was a child in the mid/late 90's. My mom made quite amazing and eclectic mixtapes. And these memories came back when I rediscovered it in my teenage years after becoming a Led Zep fan.

we used to invite friends over and listen to albums or sides of albums and watch them react to what they are hearing. see if they like it as much as you do. Now we have youyube reactions but one song at a time all chopped up mostly. but watching you get into it and discover the songs, the nuances as much as you can for a first listen, is a great throwback to that simpler time. I hope you listen again without having to film it, lights low, probably not any wonder weed, lol but that really magnifies the trip you go on listening to these great albums. just read along, let it take you where ever you feel. Been a pleasure watching watching you being introduced to music when it was music and not digital regurgitation of the same thing day after day. And yes The Harmonica in When the Levee Breaks.... This video is in Black and White the sound is pretty good, the songs they play are still in development But to see them this young, and unknown, makes them BURN. People are sitting cross legged in front of them less that 10 feet from Robert Plant, and if there had been a stage they would have burned it to the ground.
